1. Commercial Order Agreement
By accessing the website and purchasing products from Raj Decor & Props, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms detailed below. All orders placed on the website constitute a formal offer to purchase event décor props and hardware under Indian Contract Law.
2. Handcrafted & Artisanal Character
Because our fiber sculptures, mandap pillars, hand-carved jharokhas, and metallic leaf gildings are crafted by generational artisans, subtle variations in distress textures, gold leaf shading, and hand-painted motifs are inherent characteristics of luxury artisan craftsmanship, distinguishing each unique creation from mass-molded plastic.
3. Order Fulfillment & B2B GST Invoicing
Orders are scheduled for production and dispatch upon confirmation of full payment or mutually authorized purchase orders. Prices quoted include GST unless explicitly mentioned as ex-factory wholesale. Tax credit invoices are generated upon dispatch.
4. Custom CAD Fabrication & Cancellations
Once custom architectural molds or custom theme colors have been poured or cut for a custom order, cancellations are not permitted. In case of catalog props, orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement prior to pallet packaging.
5. Exclusive Jurisdiction
All transactions and disputes arising from purchases through Raj Decor & Props shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
