1. Dispatch Timelines
Catalog props in stock are prepared and custom crated within 48 to 72 hours from our Jaipur workshop. Custom fabrication or custom CAD blueprints require 7 to 21 working days depending on architectural scale.
2. Freight Rates & Free Delivery
Complimentary crated heavy freight is offered on orders above ₹1,00,000 across primary metropolitan event hubs (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Jaipur, Udaipur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad). Standard regional logistics charges apply on smaller parcels.
3. Unloading & Venue Handling
Due to the monumental dimensions of fiber mandaps and stages, consignees must ensure venue unloading labor is present upon truck arrival. Our logistics tracking team provides estimated 4-hour delivery windows.
