- Transactional Information: Name, billing and venue shipping addresses, phone numbers, email address, company title, and GST registration details for tax invoices.
- Payment Security: Payment information is processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store credit card or bank credentials on our servers.
- Custom Design & CAD Inquiries: Any event sketches, venue floorplans, CAD schematics, and decor moodboards shared for custom fabrication remain strictly confidential and proprietary to your event.

We use your information exclusively to process orders, orchestrate heavy freight delivery to event venues, issue GST compliant invoices, provide shipment milestone updates, and respond to custom prop inquiries. We never sell or share customer data with third-party marketing brokers.
